STRENGTH AND TONING FITNESS
This class is a hybrid workout class that combines ballet-inspired moves with elements of Pilates, yoga -stretching, and strength training. This class focuses on high reps with small range movements. Your instructor is Suzanne Bellore. She has over 30 years of professional ballet teaching experience. Suzanne is trained and certified in the Cecchetti Method of ballet.
